acceptable stay with some issues
dated room mold issue
the hotel provided a decent breakfast with a varied and plentiful selection (i liked the fresh fruit).
The room i stayed in required updating. It felt dated and worn. the bathroom had some mold issues, especially around the shower, and the grout lines were discolored. the bed was not very comfortable. I could feel the springs.

friendly staff lovely entertainment amazing dessert
the staff were very friendly and always smiling. the entertainment team, selina and nitto, provided so many laughs. dessert each night was AMAZING!!!
the food at the main meals could have been better, it seemed repetitive some evenings.

uneven experience. some issues noted
many steps single key
the hotel offered a shuttle to the city three times a day, i used it.
the hotel had lots of steps and stairs. it was tricky to navigate. only one key was provided per room, so without it there was no electricity.

Satisfactory Stay Near the Beach
direct access amazing view hard cleaning
The hotel features direct access to the beach. This was very convenient. The restaurant had amazing views, and the food tasted great. I saw staff always worked hard at cleaning. This ensured a pleasant environment.
The room had a musty smell. This was noticeable upon entering. the pillows provided were really uncomfortable. I think they need to be replaced. The entertainment felt underwhelming. I was hoping for a better experience.

The hotel provided daily room service. This kept the room tidy and fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. They brought a bottle of bubbly to our room for a birthday. This was a nice surprise.

clean room good selection clean pools fine views
i stayed for several nights and found the room clean upon arrival. the all-inclusive food had a good selection daily. i appreciated that pools were clean with available sun beds. the beach nearby offered fine views (i went there every day).
i noticed the outdoor pool was quite cold .
